Torch College is located at City Hall Center Building, Fakhr El Din Street, Saida, Lebanon. The college is built on total area one thousand five hundred square meters. The college includes various theoretical education and laboratories in addition to registration and management offices.

Torch College is a higher technical education institute established in 1984 and recognized by the government of Lebanon and licensed vide the Republican order No. 1891/84-2286/85 & 975/91. The college is considered as one of major and modern technical institutes in Lebanon.

Torch College grants T.S certificate and Technical Bachelor (B.T). medium languages are Arabic, English & French.
 
Laboratories are equipped with the last fittings in Computer, Electric, Electronic, Architecture Design, Civil engineer, Survey, Décor and Fashion Design and make up.

The college applies curriculum approved by the Department of Technical and Technological Education for obtaining any technical certificate. The student undergoes two shifts fulltime evening and morning shifts.
